No word if suspect is connected to any of the other break-ins reported
An arrest was made in a car break-in reported back on January 27. Sgt. Scott Hood reported to an address on Malone Avenue for a report of a vehicle break-in. Hood spoke to a woman there who stated that her grandfather who lives just down the street from her saw a man walk into her backyard and go into a vehicle there. The woman said the vehicle belongs to a man who is currently in prison. The woman said her grandfather knew the man who went into the vehicle.
Hood spoke to the woman’s grandfather the next day, and the man said he approached the subject who had gone into the vehicle and was sitting in the front of the vehicle. He said the subject identified himself as Timothy Trammell. The man told Trammell that he had to leave. The man identified the subject through a picture Hood showed him. 43-year-old Timothy Lee Trammell of Trammell Drive was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with breaking into a motor vehicle.
