Additional early release dates scheduled for March 8 and April 19
The Union County School District wants to remind everyone that the fourth of six scheduled early release days for this school year is coming up tomorrow. The early release days were built in the calendar to allow for professional development opportunities throughout the year without having to miss an entire day of instruction. Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 8, elementary schools will dismiss at 12:15 p.m. Middle schools will dismiss at 12:45 p.m., and Union County High School will dismiss at 1 p.m. Students will receive lunch at school. All early release days this year are scheduled on Wednesdays. The other two early release days this year will be March 8 and April 19.
