Rippy honored with county resolution, Congressional recognition
A large crowd turned out at the Truluck Gymnasium Tuesday night for a surprise party for Barbara Rippy. The theme was one of Barbara’s favorite sayings, “I Love You to the Moon and Back”. Jay Allen, owner of Midway BBQ, was one of the organizers of the event, and he had this to say about Rippy:
