Lawson teaches at Buffalo Elementary School
Superintendent Joey Haney visited Buffalo Elementary School Monday morning to present the February Golden Buzz Award to Teri Lawson, one of the teachers at Buffalo. Haney interrupted Lawson’s math lesson to present the honor. He read one of the statements included in Lawson’s nomination:

Lawson has been teaching with Union County Schools for over 15 years, and she is active in the Urban League after school program and in a number of community activities with her church and the local fire department.
