Union County Council Begins Budget Meetings

Daylong budget meeting will be in the law library at the courthouse

Union County Council is set to begin the budget process for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, which begins July 1st. They will meet at 9 a.m. today in the law library of the Union County Courthouse. They will meet until noon, and then reconvene at 1 p.m. for the afternoon session. After they adjourn for the day, their next budget session is scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m. Their third and final session is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 5, at 1 p.m.
